Quinoa 101

Quinoa has to be one of the MOST powerful seeds out there! It’s a super grain! Why? It’s a whole grain, full of nutrients, nutrition, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, & packed with protein! Quinoa is easy to digest & vegan/vegetarian friendly. As a matter of fact, quinoa is overloaded & a top choice for vegan/vegetarian diets. Quinoa can be used in wraps, cereals, along with fruit, as a stand alone, in salads, & so much more. The limitations are ENDLESS!! Quinoa is very simple to prepare, delicious, & easy to store. (Quinoa can be stored in the fridge for about a week once cooked) Not to mention, quinoa makes an AMAZING meal prep idea! A little can ​take you a long way!
