Sweet potatoes are another staple item that we keep in our home. And it gets even sweeter when they come straight from your garden. Sweet potatoes are AMAZING in every way. They can be used in various ways for various dishes. Sweet potatoes can be eaten raw as well. Yep, they’re just that hefty in it’s nutritional value. Sweet potatoes are also a root vegetable. Not only are they starchy, sweet, nutritious, large, & edible, they taste really good! You can eat them baked, raw, grilled, chopped, in salads, boiled, as a stand alone, & one of my favorites are “sweet potatoes fries!” Oh yeah! These babies are righteous!
