As promised, I will be sharing more 1 pan easy dishes. We all have busy lives/schedules, & sometimes it gets hard to cook a big meal everyday. It does! And honestly, who has the time? That’s what I’m here for! I want to help guide you & help you to manage meal prepping, as well as explore dishes that are easy, simple, flavorful, healthy, & delicious! One pan meals are the best. I can personally attest to it! When you have a family, job, & everything else, you need something that’s pretty much effortless. One pan meals speak for themselves. You have everything accessible within that one dish. You have your meat (or protein), your vegetables, & whatever else you choose to throw in. Now for this recipe, I chose to cook at the last minute. With veggies included, your dish will ABSOLUTELY need no help. The juices & flavor from them just marinates the entire thing! And it took all of 45 minutes tops. Here’s what I did.
Cook Time: 45 minutes
Ranch dry seasoning (comes in small pack)
You can opt to use whatever seasoning of choice
1 lrg pkg of chicken breast tenders
2 fresh Rosemary stems
1/2 of a yellow onion
1/2 of a green bell pepper
1 Roma tomato
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Take your washed meat & season. Once you’ve seasoned your chicken, place in a oven dish. Place all of the above ingredients & spread evenly over your chicken. Message your seasonings in a bit more with your veggies. When finished, take some foil & place on top. Take a fork & put a few small holes in your foil before placing in the oven. Allow cook time! Enjoy!!
