I’m so very excited to be kicking off day 1 of the my 5 day “fruit of the day” challenge! I came up with this idea to basically encourage/inspire everyone to eat more fruit daily! Eating healthy doesn’t have to be hard, nor complicated! Just take it one day, & one fruit and veggie at a time! Sometimes we tend to overthink things! And I for one, have been totally guilty of this! As you can see, my fruit of the day choice is this gorgeous plum! Plums are super yummy, & only have 46 calories per 100 grams! Plums are also full of minerals & vitamins. Plums and prunes help increase the absorption of iron into the body, and they are a good source of vitamin C! So go ahead & get your fruit on!
