You’re guaranteed to get in your veggies/fruits! All in one! Yay!! For the win! You can enjoy this smoothie day or night. Mornings or afternoons. As a matter of fact, it’s pretty late in the evening where I am & this baby is my night cap! I had an extremely packed day today & it was none stop. Therefore, I didn’t get all of my greens, protein, & fruit in today, so here you have it! When I say I literally threw this smoothie together with what I had available, it’s an understatement! But guess what? It came out wonderful!! Here’s what’s included…
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of fresh frozen baby spinach (unfrozen is totally ok)
1 ripe banana
1/2 of a green apple (chopped & frozen)
1 cup of fresh mango
1 tsp of chia seeds
a big chunk of fresh ginger
