Today is the final day of my 21 day smoothie challenge!!!! What an adventure this has been, & I’m so thankful that my readers came along for the ride! My primary goal of this challenge was to encourage, push, motivate, educate, & most of all inspire you to make healthier choices DAILY!! Is eating healthy difficult? You bet it can be! Is it hard work? Yes, because it takes discipline to push away sweets, carbs, fats, etc when you’re sitting there opting out for a salad! But I will share this, nothing in life is easy! It takes hard work/discipline to achieve things worthwhile having! I choose a healthy body. Why? Because it’s the right thing to do. Why? Your body is your temple. Why? It extends your life, its adds youth, it removes unwanted toxins, etc from your body. Why? It gives you more energy. Why? You look better. Why? You feel better. Why? You can prolong your life & reverse diseases. Why? Why not!!?? Ijs….
Now that I’ve given you guys a crash course on choosing a healthier lifestyle, let’s get back to my pineapple smoothie! It’s yummy, it’s great for you, & it’s refreshing! It also has added protein. For the win!!! Gotta get that protein in! Remember… this concludes my 21 day smoothie challenge, but I will definitely continue to post smoothie recipes, healthy dishes, & lifestyle blogs! 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp of vanilla Greek yogurt
1 1/2 cup of frozen pineapples
1/2 of a frozen banana (or a whole frozen banana if you require more sweetness)
-tsp of Hemp seeds for topping
Blend & enjoy!
