Well, this has been such a great journey! It is day 20!! One day left out of my 21 day smoothie challenge!! Whoo hooo!! So, we’re going out with a bang!! But don’t worry, I will continue to post smoothie recipes, as well as other healthy dishes! Also, I’ll be sharing more lifestyle blogs along with other new exciting news! So stay tuned & keep reading! But, back to my green smoothie! Can I just take a moment to talk about the beauty of the color?? Yaassssss!!! I CANNOT stress enough the importance of drinking a green smoothie on a daily basis! It is so vital for your health!! This particular smoothie is AMAZING!! OMGEEEE!!! It’s so refreshing & so what you/your body needs!! Now, let’s get it!
Ingredients:
1/2 of a banana
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of kale
1/2 cup of baby spinach
1 cup of frozen pineapple
If you want to get fancy, add some green apple & fresh ginger
Blend & enjoy!!
