Day 19-Tropical Turmeric Smoothie🍍

img_1050This tropical turmeric smoothie is not only good, but has extra added benefits. I’m doing more reposts as a countdown of my 21 day smoothie challenge as an added bonus!! Turmeric is a powerful anti-inflammatory & a very strong antioxidant. So, whenever I get a chance I try to include it in whatever smoothie and/or dish I can. Turmeric is also great in teas, & as a pre-cold remedy! If you want those recipes, I did a blog on those as well. Go check it out! Now, here’s what you’ll need for this smoothie.

Ingredients:

1 cup of orange juice

1 cup of fresh pineapple

1 cup of fresh mango

1 frozen banana (well ripened)

1 tsp of vanilla Greek yogurt

1 tsp of turmeric

Blend & enjoy!
