Day 18-Sunshine Smoothie☀️


Rise & shine readers!!! By far, this sunshine smoothie is on the top of my chart for being 1 of my most popular smoothies! It is so very yummy & it tastes as though you’re just kicked back on a boat, enjoying the waves, & watching the sunset! Yep!! It’s good like that!! This smoothie is a wonderful  start of the day & it tastes even greater during the day! If I can be real, I can just sip on one of these babies aallllllllll day long! So now you’re probably wondering, “what’s in it?” Well, I’m glad you asked! Here’s what you’ll need. Oh, & I forgot to mention, this was another repost! My sunshine smoothie was few of my many starter smoothies, which led to smoothie greatness!! So, toggle on back through my page & you’ll find even more great recipes!! Now, back to what we started!


1/2 cup of pineapple or orange juice

1/2 cup of frozen pineapple

1/2 cup of frozen mango

1 banana

1 tsp of grated ginger (optional)

a fresh strawberry for topper (optional)

Blend & enjoy!!
