Day 17-Dirty Green Smoothie🍏

 

This smoothie is hearty, healthy, & tasty! I call it “dirty” because of the color, but it’s loaded with the essentials you need to start your day or evening. Again, this is a repost of 1 of my previous blog posts! Feel free to check out some of my older recipe posts as well! One of my frequently  asked questions are, “what smoothie would I recommend on a daily basis?” My response is always a “green smoothie!” This particular smoothie is power fueled & food is fuel! We need it for the function of our bodies. Healthy foods! Foods that are naturally energizing! Now, let’s get into the heart of this smoothie!

Ingredients:

1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1/2 cup of spinach

1/2 cup of kale

1/2 of an avocado

1/2 of a frozen banana

2-3 frozen strawberries

1 scoop of chocolate whey protein

ice-optional

Blend & enjoy!
