Day 15-Blueberry Banana Protein Smoothie πŸ’™


Happy Sunday!!! It’s day 15 of my 21 day smoothie challlenge!! Yay!!! This blueberry banana is sweet, delicious, & it’s packed with antioxidants, along with an extra dose of protein! Blueberries are known for their powerful health benefits & great for the brain. They promote heart health, rich in fiber, support digestion, & are known to help fight cancer! So, what are you waiting for?? And let’s not talk about the color of this beauty!! Now, shall we start? Of course!


1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup of blueberries

1 scoop of vanilla whey protein

~Blend & enjoy!!
