It’s day 12 of my 21 day smoothie challenge!! I hope that everyone has taken part in moving forward towards a healthier lifestyle! Now, I believe the name of this smoothie needs NO introduction!! OMGEEE!! My kids almost flipped over this yummy goodness!! And this is actually one that I created yesterday!! Yes, & that’s another advantage of smoothies, you get to explore different fruits/veggies to your taste! So, without further ado, let’s get started!!
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 banana ( well ripened)
1/2 cup of frozen pineapple
1/2 cup of frozen peaches
*strawberries for topping (optional)
