Enjoy this rich & creamy smoothie! Avocados have such amazing health benefits & are so very versatile! Avocados can be incorporated in numerous dishes as well. This smoothie is delicious, and can we talk about the beautiful color?? Yeeessss!!! Well, let’s get this underway.

Ingredients:

1/2 of a avocado

1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 banana

1 tsp of vanilla abstract

1 tbsp of raw honey (or sweetened to taste)
