Day 10-Super Berry Smoothie🍇


This smoothie has previously been posted on my blog, but it is such a perfect/appropriate time for a repost. My super berry smoothie is packed with protein & antioxidants & it is absolutely delicious!! This particular smoothie is another one of my household favorites. Whether you’re drinking this baby mornings/evenings, you’re guaranteed to stay fuller & feel more energized! So, once again let’s get to it!


1 cup of  unsweetened vanilla almond milk or coconut milk

1/2 cup of frozen strawberries

1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries

1 scoop of vanilla whey protein

1/2 of a banana

1 tbsp of raw honey

Blend & enjoy!!
