It’s Sunday & it’s the 8th day of my 21 day smoothie challenge! This smoothie is 1 of my homes favorites. Simple, but yet a powerful taste! Healthy +simple+yummy=perfection! Ok, here’s what you’ll need!
Ingredients:
1 banana well ripened
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 tbsp of vanilla whey protein (or a small scoop)
1/2 cup of orange juice
1 tsp of Hemp seeds topped
Blend & enjoy!!!
