Welcome to day 5 of my 21 day smoothie challenge! Eekkkk!!! This is also a healthy protein enhanced treat as well! I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m going to just keep it real.. I ran out of my other produce, & frozen bananas were all I had left! With that being said, there are no excuses! This smoothie is so yummy, tasty, & totally kid approved! And the cinnamon just adds that’s extra kick! 4 simple ingredients!! Soooooo, let’s get to it! Shall we?
2 ripe frozen bananas
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tbsp of vanilla whey protein powder
1 tsp of cinnamon
Blend & enjoy!
*tip~ Once blended, I add the cinnamon as a topper & stir throughout! *
