Day 4-Island Smoothie🍍🍌

 

Well, today marks day 4 of my 21 day smoothie challenge & I hope that you’re getting in your smoothies & enjoying the benefits! This smoothie consists of pineapples, bananas, & orange. It pretty much tastes like a tropical blast, so why not imagine being on an island while drinking? It’s so very yummy! Sooooooo, let’s get  to it!

*Remember~ if you opt out to use non-frozen fruit, add about a cup of ice to get a thicker consistency and/or chilled taste.

Ingredients:

2 bananas (ripe)

1 orange

1 lb of fresh pineapple chunks

1 cup of coconut yogurt

1 cup of ice

Blend & enjoy!!
