If you love Kale as I do, you will love this recipe! Even if you’re not a fan of Kale, this version will make you think twice. Kale is so very inexpensive, & this is the perfect snack to enjoy & take on the go! I believe this is one of the quickest, healthiest, simplest, & tastiest dishes to cook! And did I mention healthy? Oh yeah! I did! Now, let’s get to it!
Ingredients:
Kale (1 bunch or however many you want to use)
EVOO (or coconut oil)
Sea salt ( I prefer Himalayan)
Pepper
optional~ a drizzle of juice from a fresh lemon ( I did in this recipe) & accent (optional)
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Wash your Kale, break into quarter pieces, & blot dry with paper towels (make sure you absorb as much water as possible)
Place your Kale in bowl, drizzle your oil, & take all above seasonings & massage into your Kale! (Make sure your oil is evenly distributed into your Kale)
Place your Kale on a cooking pan & let bake for about 15-20 minutes!
