Day 3-Another Green Smoothie



Ok, so you’re asking yourself “another green smoothie?” Yes!! As stated in my previous blogs, leafy greens are so very necessary for your everyday health functions. And the majority of us do no eat enough greens. With that being said, this smoothie is quite tasty, sweet, energizing, & great for you! So, lets get started!


1/2 avocado

2 ripe frozen bananas

1 cup of frozen mango (or fresh)

1 cup of frozen pineapple (or fresh)

2 cups of spinach or kale

2 cups of coconut water (or 1 cup of plain water, 1 cup of coconut water)

Blend and enjoy!
