Day 2-Go Green Smoothie

This green smoothie is perfect for energy & getting your morning started, as well as drinking throughout your the day! I absolutely adore green smoothies. Greens are so very vital for your health & what a better way to get them in! This recipe only calls for 4 simple ingredients! How easy is that?? Now, let’s do this!


1 cup of baby spinach

1 cup of curly kale

1 cup of frozen mango

1 cup of 100% apple juice

Leafy vegetables are low in fat, high in dietary fiber, & rich in folic acid. They are also rich in vitamins A, C, & K, as well as both potassium/magnesium. Leafy greens can also lower your cholesterol & increase energy!
