Immunity Booster

 

As we all know, this is certainly cold/flu season. With that being said, you want to make sure that you build your immune system, along with eating properly & taking vitamin supplements. All of these methods play a very vital part of your health, as well as how you feel. I recommend taking a shot of this recipe daily, to help ensure your body’s immune system is built to fight off unnecessary cold/flu viruses. This recipe calls for only 5 simple ingredients. Now, feel free to opt out the fresh orange for OJ & 1/2 of a fresh lemon for the juice of a freshly squeezed lemon (1/2). You can either blend or juice, but whichever you prefer, your results will be the same!

Ingredients:

1 orange or 1 cup of oj

1/2 of a lemon, or the juice of a freshly squeezed lemon

roughly a couple shakes of turmeric or a chunk of a fresh turmeric root

a couple cloves of fresh garlic (or garlic to taste)

once blended, pour, & add cayenne pepper to top
