Well, it’s been awhile since my last blog, so I decided to blog on some of my “must haves” in my home. We all know the importance of a healthy lifestyle, but one of the main problems of most people is the elimination of sugars. I try not to intake sugar, nor sweeteners. You have to be careful, sweeteners & hidden sugars are THEEEE worst! My favorite sweeteners are Stevia & raw honey. I use raw honey in everything that pretty much requires an added sweetness. I’ve had a lot of people ask me what type of honey I use, so I decided to blog & share. You want to make sure you get the cleanest version. There are NO options for me. If possible, always opt for organic/raw & unfiltered! This means you’re not receiving any additional or unexpected sweeteners. Nothing that is modified. By all means, if you have another brand, totally fine! This is just my favorite. A little bit goes a long way, & boy can you tell the difference. I normally purchase this from Fresh Market.
