I don’t know about you, but the warmer the weather, the more I want to drink. We all know we need water to hydrate, but sometimes you require more than just water that will satisfy your taste buds. I’m a fruity gal! I love sweet, healthy/satisfying, smoothies & the same requirements when juicing. I love playing around with different fruits/vegetables, & trying them out. The one thing I make sure to incorporate is overall HEALTHINESS! No matter what I juice or blend, I want to insure it’s helping my body. I want to feel great & look great! Now, let’s talk about turmeric. We all know that turmeric has it owns acquired taste, but the benefits of turmeric is out of this world! I will be posting a separate blog on the benefits of turmeric & why you should incorporate it in your daily regimen very soon! So stay tuned!
This smoothie is sweet, fresh, tropical, & refreshing. It reminds me of being on a beach or a tropical island! Ha! I’m still working on that one as well. But you get the picture. I’ve posted this similar recipe in one of my previous blogs entitled “Tropical Smoothie”, so feel free to check that out as well! Here’s what you will need for this……
Orange juice- 1 cup
Pineapple- 1 cup
Mango- 1 cup
1 Banana-Frozen (for a more sweeter taste, add more banana & make sure it’s very ripe)
1 Tbsp of Vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 or 1 tsp of Turmeric
Blend & enjoy..
