Sweet Green Smoothie🍏

 

 

I’m going to just keep it real. I still struggle some mornings to go w/o coffee. I’ve posted a couple of my healthy coffee alternatives that are absolutely amazing & I sware by them. So why the struggle still? Your mind is a weapon. It can be used for “good choices”, or for “poor choices.”I now tell myself your body doesn’t need this! Point blank! And your body plays subject to your mind. You have to train your taste buds. For me, I’ve been drinking coffee for so many years, half the time, I really don’t want it, but since I’m so accustomed to thinking I need it to function, I drink it. So this is what I’ve learned to do, & still learning. I speak to my mind, & I tell myself I need this. There are no options! What’s good to you, isn’t always good for you. Here are some basic questions you may want to ask yourself:

Do I really need this?

How will I feel after this?

Do I want more energy?

Do I want to be more focused?

Do I want to be healthier?

Do I want to look better?

Do I want to live longer?

If you answered”yes” to some or ALL of these questions, here’s why you need this smoothie & all the more reason to drink it. It’s not only packed with superfoods, yummy, & sweet, it’s so totally good for you, & you can enjoy the luxuries w/o the guilt! Here’s what you’ll need…

Ingredients:

1 cup of kale

1 cup of spinach

1/2 cup of pineapple

1 green apple

1/2 of a freshly squeezed lemon

ginger

1/2 cup of ice

Blend & enjoy
