If you’re anything like me, sometimes you just don’t feel like a lot of maintenance for breakfast. I’ve always been a coffee/smoothie type of girl for breakfast, & I’m good. But sometimes, I want food in the mornings, but I want healthy, easy, & light. I don’t like feeling weighed down with 0 energy! Not a good feel or a good look! This toast has basically everything your body needs, & it’s totally healthy, & not to mention filling!
I pretty much used 1 ripe avocado, toast (bread of your choice), tomato, & egg. That’s it!! Sprinkled a little himalayan salt & some pepper, & breakfast is served!
