Smothered Veggie/Kale Chicken Breasts


When I say this pic does absolutely NO justice to the pic, believe me, the taste was just as grand! I adore veggies, and my motto is “the more, the merry!”. Beautiful colors, along with the different flavors, just enhances the dish. Another bonus is, you’re getting everything all in one dish! Yep! For the win! Sometimes a gal just doesn’t feel like preparing a separate veggie dish. So, why not throw it all in together & have a 2 in 1? Killing 2 birds with 1 stone! So, now here’s how to prepare…

Preparation: 1 hr & 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degrees


Kale 2 cups (chopped, or as much as desired)

1 Fresh lemon

1 Onion

1/2 Green bell pepper (large)

1/2 Red bell pepper (large)

1 Large tomato


Bragg Liquid Aminos

Cajun Seasoning


Onion Powder

*Squeeze & drizzle lemon over chicken *
