This is the perfect time of year for ice cream! My family loves ice cream, & this is a great healthy alternative to store bought. It’s also a great way to incorporate fresh fruit. So simple, yet so tasty! All you need is bananas, almond milk, & honey if desired.
Preparation: You will need frozen bananas. Depending on how much ice cream you plan to make, up your dose of bananas. I used roughly 4 whole frozen bananas. You want to make sure that your bananas are cut into chuncks as well, before you add you your blender.
1/2 cup of almond milk or condensed cream
1 teaspoon of raw honey (for added sweetness)
blend
I normally stick in the freezer for a couple of hours for added frozen consistency.
Remove from freezer, spoon out, & top with your favorite topping. I used granola, but pecans, whip cream, strawberries, & other toppings of choice makes it even better!
Enjoy

I love this. I usually use the Yonana machine for my banana cream. I had no idea I could use my blender. Thanks for the tip.
