Avocados are one of the healthiest fruits you can eat. If I don’t eat it daily, I try to drink it. This Avacado banana smoothie is everything!!
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 Avocado ( I actually used 1/2 because that’s what I had on hand)
1 tbsp of vanilla extract ( I love vanilla & it gives your smoothie a richer taste)
1/2 cup of ice
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tbsp of raw honey
Blend to sweet creamy perfection
