Here’s the ingredients:
My “Dirty Green Smoothie”
1/2 cup of spinach
1/2 cup of kale
1/2 cup of avocado
1/2 of a banana
2 strawberries
1 scoop of chocolate whey protein
*ice is optional* blend to perfection!
My “Coffee Protein Smoothie”
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup of brewed coffee
1 scoop of chocolate whey protein
a few cubes of ice, blend & enjoy! (cinnamon on top is optional)
